Main Responsibilities

  • Perform technical design and coordination for various building mechanical projects.
  • Collaborate within a team to design building mechanical systems for multiple sectors (institutional, office, commercial, cultural, and residential).
  • Actively participate in business development: identify growth opportunities, target new markets, and prospect new clients.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs.
  • Conduct surveys of existing installations.
  • Analyze, design, and adapt building-related systems.
  • Prepare preliminary design studies and various types of client reports.
  • Estimate construction costs and contribute to project scheduling.
  • Draft technical specifications and reports.
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary work with external professionals.
  • Provide support during construction supervision.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (or equivalent).
  • Experience managing commercial and multi-residential projects.
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience managing commercial and multi-residential projects; additional experience is definitely an asset.
  • Fluent in French written and spoken. English is an asset.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen, and ability to develop and manage client relationships.
