- Perform data entry.
- Track defective products received and manage repair or replacement requests.
- Collaborate closely with production, quality, and logistics departments.
- Ensure the updating and management of technical documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with processes according to internal standards and procedures.
- Perform any other related tasks.
