About the Role

The Associate Director, Undergraduate Programs and Academic Success is accountable for leading, directing and overseeing the Beedie School of Business Undergraduate Programs, which includes oversight of the Academic Advising and Curriculum units. The Associate Director directs and guides the planning, approval and assessment of Senate-approved curricular programs and courses as well as co-curricular programs, scholarships and services for all Beedie Undergraduate students. As a part of the senior leadership team, participates in setting and meeting the operational goals and objectives of the Undergraduate Programs and Student Services. The posiion is responsible for the development of performance measures and benchmarks to assess program effectiveness. The position oversees administrative, financial, and human resource management delivery and development and ensures continuous improvement.
