As our Salesforce Administrator & Business Analyst , you’ll play a key role in optimizing and advancing Jack.org’s Salesforce ecosystem. This role ensures seamless system operations, integrations, and data insights that directly strengthen our mission-driven work across the country. Position: Salesforce Administrator & Business Analyst
Reporting to: Senior Manager, Systems
Location: Toronto / Hybrid
Salary: $55,000–$65,000
Status: Full-Time, Permanent

Your Impact
The Salesforce Administrator & Business Analyst ensures Jack.org’s Salesforce environment is stable, scalable, and optimized. You will manage system administration, automation, and integrations while supporting cross-functional teams with data analysis and training. Your work will power informed decisions, improve workflows, and directly contribute to our ability to engage donors, partners, and youth across Canada.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration & Optimization (60%)
- Manage Salesforce Not-for-Profit Cloud, ensuring best practices in configuration, security, and scalability.
- Support Pardot (Account Engagement) campaigns and email initiatives.
- Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to deliver actionable insights.
- Develop workflows, Flows, and process improvements to boost efficiency.
- Maintain data hygiene and reduce technical debt with strong documentation and resources.
Integration & Systems Management (15%)
- Oversee integrations with Conga, Cloudingo, Okta, Google Workspace, LMS (Absorb), Alchemer/Qualtrics, Slack, and others.
- Partner with vendors and developers to troubleshoot and enhance integrations.
- Act as Database Administrator to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Support (15%)
- Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions across programs, fundraising, and operations.
- Provide analysis, reports, and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Deliver training and tier-2 support for Salesforce and integrated tools.
Strategic Roadmapping (10%)
- Develop and execute a Salesforce Optimization Plan focused on data governance, user experience, and automation scalability.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Salesforce Not-for-Profit Admin Certification (preferred).
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience, with strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Pardot, Conga, and Cloudingo.
- Proficiency in dashboards, reports, Flow automation, and data management.
- Experience writing documentation and creating training resources.
- Bonus: integration experience with Okta, Google Workspace, LMS, Qualtrics, or Slack.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build trust across teams and vendors.
- Creative problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
