JOB DESCRIPTION
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, thrives on organization, and takes pride in making complicated things feel effortless. You'll become the person who keeps our client experience running smoothly while supporting our advisors behind the scenes.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in administration, executive support, client service, or financial services. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Undergraduate degree is an asset, alternatively the right combination of education and experience will be considered.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome clients in person, by phone, email, and virtual meetings. Coordinate advisor calendars and client appointments. Prepare meeting materials and ensure advisors are fully prepared. Open accounts and process investment and insurance paperwork accurately. Follow up on outstanding documentation and client requests. Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce CRM. Coordinate with custodians, insurance companies, and professional partners. Manage client communications throughout the year. Help improve workflows and identify opportunities to improve processes. Support special projects that enhance the client experience.
