You won't be handling long negotiations or complex contracts. Your focus is straightforward: · Connect with homeowners in assigned neighbourhoods. · Walk them through their current energy bills to see if solar makes financial sense for them. · Identify interested homeowners, gather their basic details, and book a time for our Solar Consultant to present. · Log your info and join brief daily team huddles to sharpen your approach. 📩 What We’re Looking For You don’t need a fancy corporate sales background; we’ll teach you the ropes. We need people who are: · Ready to move: You’ll be on your feet and engaging with people in the community. · Coachable: You’re willing to listen to feedback and actively improve your skills. · Reliable: We reward those who show up and put in the work. 💰 💰 💰Compensation & Perks We are the best-paid team in the industry.1️⃣ 💵 ‼️Your income is performance-driven and tied directly to your results.
