Position Overview As an HVAC Sales Representative, you will generate new business, manage customer relationships, and close sales for residential HVAC solutions. You will be assigned sales appointments generated by our marketing team, and you’ll supplement your schedule with self-booked appointments through follow-ups, reschedules, and cold outreach as needed. This is a high-performance, high-reward role for people who thrive on challenge and opportunity.

Key Responsibilities Attend assigned appointment-based sales calls with homeowners and present HVAC solutions with confidence Supplement your schedule with self-booked appointments: follow-ups, reschedules, cold calls, and referrals Follow a structured, high-performance sales process to maximize close rates Diagnose customer needs and recommend the right HVAC system or service Manage and track your pipeline using our CRM system Collaborate with our operations and support teams for seamless project delivery Participate in morning meetings and ongoing sales training Continuously develop your sales skills and HVAC product knowledge
Requirements Proven sales experience, especially in outside or direct sales (HVAC experience not required) Strong verbal communication skills — you can walk into a conversation cold and make someone feel understood Thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to commit to the full schedule, including Saturdays
