We are seeking a proactive and organized Tour Operator Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of tours for our clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about travel. This fully remote role offers flexibility while enabling you to contribute to smooth and memorable travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating tours, including scheduling, bookings, and logistics
Communicate with clients to understand preferences, budgets, and special requirements
Manage bookings for accommodations, transportation, activities, and events
Liaise with tour guides, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless operations
Maintain accurate records of itineraries, bookings, and client details
Monitor tour progress and provide support for any changes or emergencies
Conduct research on destinations, attractions, and tourism trends
Prepare reports, presentations, and promotional materials for tours
Assist in marketing tours and coordinating client communications
Requirements & Qualifications
Previous experience in tourism, travel coordination, or hospitality
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with online booking platforms, Google Workspace, and communication tools
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of international travel requirements, visa regulations, and travel insurance
Familiarity with CRM or tour management software
Experience in customer service and client relationship management
Passion for travel and providing exceptional client experiences
