**Job Title:**Temporary Scale Attendant (Weekends only)
**Company:**GFL Environmental
**Location:**Mission, BC
**Schedule:**Saturdays and Sundays
Position Summary GFL Environmental is currently seeking a reliable and organized Temporary Scale Attendant to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays). This position will provide coverage during a maternity leave and may last up to 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Weigh incoming and outgoing trucks using the scale system
- Record and process scale tickets accurately
- Provide professional customer service to drivers and customers
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with site procedures and safety standards
- Perform basic administrative and clerical duties as required
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Customer service experience is an asset
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
