**Position:**Service Manager

**Job Type:**Full Time, Permanent Position

**Work Schedule:**9:00am–5:00pm MDT (Monday–Friday); option to work overtime and weekends

Insight Pest Solutions is seeking adriven and reliable Service Managerto support our Edmonton operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working both in the field and in a branch setting, balancing customer service, inspections, and operational support.

Position Summary – Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage stock, inventory, mail, and other packages
  • Provide interior and exterior inspections for residential customers on overflow routes
  • Identify pests, entry points, and infestations during service visits
  • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and recommending appropriate solutions
  • Set up, clean, and maintain the branch office in accordance with health and safety policies
  • Deliver products and supplies to technicians in the field
  • Travel as needed to assist with oversight, training, and operational support across locations
  • Provide occasional field support by performing pest control services as needed

Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift and carry 30+ pounds of equipment
  • Comfortable working in a variety of environments, including confined spaces (e.g., crawl spaces), damp, or dusty areas
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, crouching, balancing, and reaching

Minimum Qualifications – What Will Make You Successful

  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Reliable with strong communication skills when working with Branch Managers and team members
  • Takes pride in quality of work and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Quick thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Must possess aPesticide Applicator License
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
  • Interest in pest control and field operations

**Special Note:**Prior to the start date, you will be required to complete your licensing exam and training to perform field services.
