The team at Sunset Dental located in St. Thomas, ON are looking for a passionate, hard-working Patient Care Coordinator on a full-time-temporary basis to cover a 1 year maternity leave.
The ideal Patient Care Coordinator for our team will be highly motivated to facilitate the patient’s office experience in being seamless and ensure the patient leaves well informed and prepared for their next appointment.
123Dentist is Canada’s largest majority dentist-owned network of dental practices, with almost 500 locations nationwide and nearly 8,000 employees. Providing a long-term career in a growing network located in multiple communities across the country, at all levels of the industry.
WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:
- Full-time-temporary basis to cover a 1 year maternity leave
- Days, Evenings, and Weekends
- Parking available
- Transit accessible
- Opportunity for professional advancement
- Mentorship and training from highly skilled, experienced dental professionals; a great opportunity to grow and excel
SCHEDULE:
- 34 + hours as needed- Specific schedule to be discussed
- Weekdays, evenings and weekends
- Temporary contract to cover a maternity leave (roughly November 2025-November 2026)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator is considered an asset
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
