The Opportunity

Biweekly Hours: 70

Hourly Rate of Pay: $17.12

Location: 5236 59 Avenue, Barrhead, AB

The Housekeeping Aide is responsible for performing routine and specialized cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Under the supervision of the Aramark Manager, the role involves using cleaning materials and equipment safely, maintaining cleanliness in various areas, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed. The position also includes responsibilities related to equipment maintenance, replenishing supplies, participating in training and development, and adhering to infection control policies. The Housekeeping Aide plays a key role in providing a clean, comfortable, and safe environment while supporting the organization’s mission and values.

Consider applying if you can read, write, and speak English effectively, as well as good body mechanics and lifting techniques. Experience working with elderly, chronically ill, or disabled individuals is considered an asset.

Canada Summer Job Grant Youth Requirements
