ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Line Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in supporting the line maintenance crew. You will be responsible for ensuring that all towing activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with regulatory standards. Your expertise will help maintain the safety and reliability of our fleet.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Key responsibilities include expertly towing aircraft between the main terminal and hangar, as well as executing dynamic cabin reconfigurations.
- Skillfully operate a variety of ramp equipment, including tugs, GPU, air conditioning cart, and forklifts, to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide essential support to the line maintenance team, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of our aircraft operations.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure efficient aircraft movements.
- Support the implementation of safety protocols and best practices in towing operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate towing activities.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks in line with the Maintenance Department operational needs.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU AN IDEAL CANDIDATE
- High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
- Previous experience in a related field is an advantage.
- Must possess and maintain a Class 5 (or equivalent) driver’s license.
- Ability to obtain and uphold Airport Security Clearance (RAIC) is essential.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a D airport driver’s license or a D/A license; a D license must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
- Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks is a must.
- Bilingualism in French and English is a valuable asset.
- Team player with strong communication skills who is punctual, reliable, and ready to contribute.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Work location – Air Inuit Technical Center - Montreal-Trudeau airport
- Modified Work schedule 5-5-4
- Shift schedule: 05h00 - 13h00
- Company provided uniforms

COMPENSATION
- Salary and benefits are determined in accordance with the corporate policy.
- Hourly entry salary - $23.38
