About the role
Are you a data visionary passionate about building a "single source of truth"? We are seeking an experienced Manager, Master Data Management to safeguard our most critical asset: our data. In this role, you will lead a team of data stewards and analysts, bridging the gap between technical IT infrastructure and business goals to drive operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Governance: Design and implement a robust MDM framework, defining global data taxonomies, business rules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across ERP and CRM platforms.
- Data Operations & Quality: Own the "Golden Record." Maintain master data lifecycles, lead data cleansing initiatives, and establish Data Quality KPIs to flag anomalies and drive root-cause analysis.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of MDM Analysts and Data Stewards. Champion a culture of "Data Literacy" through organizational training and engagement.
Requirements

Experience: 3+ years in Data Management, Governance, or Architecture; 3+ years in a leadership or cross-functional project management capacity.

Domain Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in at least one key domain: Customer (CDM), Product (PIM), or Vendor (VDM).

Technical Skills: * Strong SQL proficiency for querying and validation.
- Experience with major ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Dynamics).
- Proficiency with Data Quality tools (e.g., Talend, Trillium).

Competencies: A process-oriented mindset with the diplomacy to negotiate conflicting data ownership and the analytical rigor to ensure total accuracy.
