##Short Summary
Offer exceptional service and create a positive guest experience for those dining in 360 Restaurant. This position is responsible for professionally serving food and ice water to dining guests at the table. Work with the 360 Captains to make guests feel welcome and comfortable, while always performing under the Food and Beverage Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements
- Ensure assigned section is ready for service and assigned side duties are complete prior to service
- Communicating with assigned Captain all guests concerns and handling guest concerns to the satisfaction of the guests
- Communicate with Restaurant Manager(s) when there are deficiencies with par stocks (i.e. glassware, china, silver, linen, and other miscellaneous supplies)
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menus, products, cooking process, ingredients and potential relevant allergies
- Assist the Restaurant Managers and Restaurant staff with other designated duties within the job classification
- Adhere to all Company policies and departmental procedures and the Collective Agreement
Waiter Key Functions:
- Deliver bread, condiments, and water service as required
- Check assigned section for cleanliness, uniformity and overall appearance
- Keep table neat and clean throughout service
- Manage assigned side stand(s) for correct levels of par stock (i.e. silverware, condiments)
- Clean and organize side stand to be ready for service
- Support the Captain as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction
- Expedite food orders
- Work in conjunction with Captain and Kitchen to ensure guests receive their orders efficiently and promptly
##Qualifications
- One (1) to three (3) years of related fine dining experience is required
- Smart Serve certification is required
- Food and Beverage knowledge is preferred
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
##Working Conditions
Interacts with employees, management and the public at large.
Department uniforms are provided to protect personal clothing from wear and damage. Approved uniforms are to be worn during working hours. Dress codes are in effect as per the standard policy and procedure.
Must be able to work in a physical capacity requiring lifting, pushing and pulling, bending and reaching.
Ability to stand or walk for long periods of the day.
Noisy and fast-paced, team environment.
Excellent guest services skills with an ability to recommend the CN Tower products.
Flexible to work rotating shifts, which includes but is not limited to evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as required.
Compensation & Benefits
Rate of Pay: $18.56 ($17.63 Probation)
