Job Summary: We are looking for a Residential Plumber. The successful candidate should be able to work efficiently, have great attention to detail, be organized, and be able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position, includes rotating on-calls. This position has a base pay and is eligible for commissions on any upsells. Key Responsibilities: Install and diagnose water heaters, boilers, water lines, drains, and gas lines Ensure installations meet code and company quality standards Maintain jobsite safety, organization, and team productivity Use various plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, monometers, etc.) Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients on work performed and on recommendations for repairs or replacement Document details on all calls including estimates and recommendations Complete all tasks per company quality and safety standards Qualifications & Requirements 2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience Previous experience as residential plumber Experience with re-pipes, drain/sewer systems, water heaters, and residential plumbing installations Knowledge of boiler piping, circulator pumps, expansion tanks, and zone valves preferred Proficient with PEX, copper, PVC, ABS, and cast iron piping Knowledge of local plumbing and mechanical codes Journeyman license is a plus Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to work cohesively with team members, apprentices, and management Strong communication and professionalism with customers and team members BENEFITS Competitive pay and great work environment Health Coverage: Comprehensive benefits - Medical, Dental, Life, Vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with partial company match Company-provided iPhone and iPad Paid vacation and holidays Fully equipped company truck with parts, equipment, and gas card (For Qualified Positions) Training & Development: Continuous education and advancement opportunities Company Culture: Supportive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment WORK ENVIRONMENT Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces.
