Your mission as a****Technical Specialist and Business Development – Propane
Under the supervision of the Sales Director, you will act as a technical reference and strategic support to the account managers and the sales team.
You will ensure that technical and commercial expertise is mobilized to optimize customer projects, develop sales and strengthen the quality of service.
More specifically, as aTechnical Specialist and Business Development – Propane, you will be required to:

Support the sales team in the evaluation of projects and technical aspects related to propane installations and bids;

Coach and support account managers, including field trips to support their activities;

Develop and deliver technical propane training and contribute to the development of a standardized training plan for new account managers;

Identify and analyze business development opportunities and contribute to the sales strategy;
-
Maintain regular contact with customers to follow up, meet their needs, and promote the company's products and services;

Analyze the profitability of projects and recommend appropriate solutions;
-
Contribute to the continuous improvement of working methods and processes in order to optimize the efficiency of the team.

You have relevant technical training related to propane or equivalent experience;

You have solid experience in the propane industry, including technical aspects related to sales and installations;

You have experience in supporting sales teams and coaching account managers;

You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

You are customer-oriented, proactive and able to work in a dynamic environment;

You are bilingual (French and English, spoken and written) (asset);
