About the role

Our team, Data Quality to Insights, is on a mission to build a strong data foundation on our modern Snowflake platform to create impactful reporting, and uncovering opportunities through data-driven insights. As part of the larger Revenue Management organization, we are directly responsible for top-line growth—by ensuring data reliability, identifying leakage, opportunities and accompanying the organization in their desire to manage their business like a retailer.

You’ll Have The Opportunity To

  • Collaborate with a state-of-the-art development pod (data engineers, architects, analysts, product owners) to produce high-quality datasets aligned with business needs.
  • Experiment with advanced analytics approaches and build proof-of-concepts that uncover new levers for profitability and efficiency.
  • Experience with modern analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, or equivalent) to explore data and build advanced analyses or proof-of-concepts.
  • Validate and test data pipelines using SQL in Snowflake to ensure accuracy and trust in our reporting.
  • Cross-analyze multiple data sources to connect the dots and surface insights that drive smarter decisions—from supply chain to marketing.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data that highlight business risks, leakage, or new growth opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into reporting solutions and support the design of dashboards in Power BI.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Master's degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in modern data warehouse technologies (ideally Snowflake).
  • Analytical mindset and intellectual curiosity—you love digging into data and uncovering the story it tells.
  • Problem-solving drive—comfortable tackling complex data puzzles and simplifying them into actionable insights.
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI (or willingness to learn).
  • Strong communication skills—able to turn data into clear, concise, and impactful messages.
