The Manufacturing Quality Manager will oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards in production and compliance within the industrial/manufacturing sector. This role requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining operational excellence.

Description
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to align with industry standards.
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Lead quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement solutions.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control practices and procedures.
- Prepare detailed quality reports and present findings to management.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure material quality standards are met.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and incorporate changes into the quality management system.
Profile
A successful Manufacturing Quality Manager should have:
- A strong background in quality assurance within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing quality control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams.
- Experience in conducting audits and preparing quality reports.
