We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and versatile individual to join our team in a multi-functional support role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day tasks and takes pride in delivering top-quality work. The primary responsibilities include automotive detailing, shuttle driving, and providing general support in our lube bay. If you're a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to customer service, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Detail Department:
- Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces for optimal visibility and appearance.
- Apply protective treatments to paint and upholstery as needed.
- Inspect vehicles for damage or service needs prior to detailing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring equipment is cared for properly.
Shuttle Driving:
- Provide safe, timely, and friendly transportation for customers in the afternoons.
- Ensure the shuttle vehicle is clean, fueled, and properly maintained.
Lube Bay Support:
- Assist technicians with light maintenance tasks and general shop duties.
- Help maintain cleanliness and efficiency in the service area.
- Support team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive detailing, customer service, or vehicle maintenance is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right person.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for doing things right.
- Dependable, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work on your feet and perform manual tasks throughout the day.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required for shuttle driving duties.
