Position #: 093359 Expected Start Date: June 14, 2026 Union: CUPE Facility: Canora Hospital City/Town: Canora Department: Home Support Type: Part-time temporary Expected Up to Date: April 30, 2027 FTE: 0.71 Shift Information: Days, Evenings, Weekends Number of Hours per Rotation: 27 shifts of 11.78 hours per 12 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Home Care Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band 12 $23.170 to $24.840 (3 step range) Travel Required: Yes Job Description: Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs. Human Resources Exemption: No Education- Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)Competencies- Interpersonal skills- Communication skills- Organizational skills- Basic - Computer skillsKnowledge and Abilities- Ability to work independentlyOther Information- Valid driver's license, where required- Food Safe certificate, where required- Official Description at: //www.working-for-health.ca/supportjobevaluation- May be eligible for Recruitment and/or Retention Incentives- Scheduled hours of work may be reduced during the rotation stipulated when a statutory holiday is recognized during that period.
