About the role
Role: Recruiter Location: Calgary Type: Contract Rate: CAD 42 /hr to CAD 45 /hr About the Role We are looking to hire a high-performing Recruiter with experience in pharmacy and/or healthcare hiring to join a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in high-volume recruitment, headhunting, and passive sourcing. You will play a key role in supporting critical hiring needs across pharmacy and retail functions while partnering closely with senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage a high-volume requisition load (up to 60 roles) Conduct proactive sourcing and headhunting via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, including university outreach Partner with Pharmacy Directors and hiring managers on hiring strategy and prioritization Lead weekly intake and prioritization discussions Support employer branding initiatives and hiring events Maintain job postings and manage workflows within ATS (Workday preferred) Deliver market insights, updates, and presentations to stakeholders Collaborate with HR and TA teams on ongoing recruitment initiatives
Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in pharmacy or healthcare recruitment Strong headhunting and passive sourcing expertise Ability to manage high-volume recruitment and shifting priorities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to build trust quickly with candidates and hiring leaders Qualifications 5+ years of recruitment experience OR 3+ years in agency with strong sourcing background Experience working in fast-paced, high-demand environments Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Experience with Workday (asset) Bilingual in English and French
