Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee social media channels
- Maintain & coordinate project calendars and ensure deadlines are achieved
- Track and report on Marketing campaign performance, social data, and lead generation metrics
- Support internal and external communication by coordinating schedules, meetings and reporting for stakeholders and vendors
- Field incoming requests, respond and coordinate to ensure alignment on tasks and timelines
- Oversee audience engagement and interactions on social channels
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive social media messaging
- Report quarterly on social media performance to stakeholders
- Take detailed notes in stakeholder meetings and assign project responsibilities and timelines accordingly
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines at the same time
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to work
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinker with the ability to collaborate and work independently when required
- Bonus Points for knowledge of social media platforms and trends
