The Opportunity
This is a high-ticket, commission-based role. You will identify and approach organizations that need a strategic technology, AI, or software development partner, introduce Cyntheion, and close the relationship. We handle the technical execution and delivery from there.
Commission is paid as a percentage of the contract value. For ongoing managed services and long-term tech partnerships, you continue earning every month the client partnership continues. There is no cap.

We position ourselves as a long-term partner, not just a supplier. Our engagements are built around trust, continuity, and deep integration with the client's business goals.
Your Responsibilities
Build and maintain a prospect database of relevant companies (Startups, SMEs, and Enterprise clients).
Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, or other channels at your discretion.
Qualify leads and present Cyntheion as a strategic development and AI partner to the right decision-makers—typically CTOs, Heads of Data/Engineering, IT Directors, and Founders.
Close partnership agreements and hand over to our technical leadership team.
No delivery or account management responsibility once the partnership is established.
Compensation
Fully commission-based — no base salary. Percentage of contract value paid out (structured per project or paid monthly for ongoing retainer/managed service relati onships).
Uncapped earnings — the larger and longer the engagement, the more you earn.
Residual income — as long as the recurring partnership continues, so does your co mmission.
Who We're Looking For
Based in North America, the UK, or Western Europe, with strong existing networks in these markets. Flue nt English essential : written and spoken to a very high standard. Expe rience selling IT services, AI/Data solutions, software outsourcing, managed development, or technology partnerships is a strong advantage. Comf ortable approaching and building relationships with technical and commercial decision-makers. Self -motivated, commercially driven, and able to work independently.
