Robert Half is the leading specialized staffing firm in Canada, with operations across the globe. Our Permanent Placement teams have continued to deliver quarter over quarter, and year over year growth and are looking to add 360 Recruitment Managers to our Vancouver Team.
This role is designed for someone who is hungry and driven, with an appetite to hunt new prospective businesses to partner with. This candidate will strategically plan their approach to clients and candidates, offering compelling solutions to cater for their needs. They are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships in order to meet sales goals.
The role partners with the best recruiting managers and account executives in Vancouver, who know that the success of their role is dependant on this role, the collaboration, coaching and support couldn't be better.

Responsibilities Identify partnership opportunities through outbound phone calls and in-person meetings Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and aid expansion effort Identify unique and desirable talent from across the lower mainland Nurture relationships, providing ongoing support for clients and candidates whilst identifying new opportunities Work as part of a team of 360 recruiters, leveraging economies of scale to drive business success.
Experience Experience working in staffing, either in business development or recruitment is highly desirable A track record of working in a high volume, outbound centric, customer focused role A history of success with either BTB to BTC sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commercial mindset, understanding how businesses operate and grow. Focused and goal-oriented Individuals with agency recruitment experience looking to move in business development are encouraged to apply
