As a Industrial Security Supervisor , there is a high focus on customer service  and  uninterrupted Security operations , since you will be leading a team of  Security guards and ensure seamless security operations for your site. You will be working with people all shift, in a high-profile Industrial environment What's in it for you? Hourly wage of $ 20.41 + comprehensive benefits We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through GardaWorld Academy Permanent position: Monday to Thursday (0600-1800) Travelling and Accomodation will be covered for those travelling from Regina Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities for Industrial Security Supervisor Maintain a safe and Secure environment Lead a team of highly trained Security Guards Plan, direct and ensure the smooth running of operations at the client's site  Develop and implement procedures and policies for security operations  Maintain protection systems for fire, theft and other disasters  Create site schedules and track training of all staff Ensure the availability of emergency equipment  Make suggestions to improve and optimize the security service  Maintain good staff relationship. Daily monitoring of CCTV. Qualifications for Industrial Security Supervisor Be authorized to work in Canada First aid certification an asset Proficient in basic phone & computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous experience as a Security Supervisor in a high profile site (asset) 1 to 3 years experience in Supervisory or leadership roles  in a unionized environment  Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)  Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook  Ability to work in a stressful environment and make decision  Process orientated approach
