Overview
BigGeo is hiring a Chief Growth Officer who has built a revenue engine from scratch and can scale it in a fast moving environment. This role owns the entire revenue lifecycle and requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds systems quickly, and leads with both strategy and hands on execution. You will create the structure, the team, and the processes that drive predictable revenue.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead BigGeo’s revenue engine including sales, revenue operations, growth programs, and overall revenue strategy.
- Design the complete sales department structure including hiring plan, compensation framework, enablement systems, and performance expectations.
- Create core revenue processes across lead generation, qualification, sales execution, pipeline management, and post sale transitions.
- Implement CRM architecture, reporting frameworks, forecasting models, and analytics infrastructure to support predictable revenue.
- Own pricing strategy, packaging, and ongoing revenue optimization initiatives.
- Establish and run the operating cadence for revenue including daily metrics reviews, weekly pipeline reviews, monthly forecasting, and quarterly planning.
- Recruit and develop a high performing sales team with clear accountability and measurable output.
- Collaborate with product and marketing to shape acquisition strategy and optimize funnel performance.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, remove friction, and push for higher velocity across the revenue cycle.
Required Experience and Education
- Ten plus years in sales leadership, revenue operations, or growth focused executive roles.
- Demonstrated track record of building a revenue engine from zero and scaling it into a predictable system.
- Experience managing sales organizations in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Proven ability to own revenue targets, forecasting cycles, and executive level reporting.
- Hands on experience with CRM and RevOps tooling such as HubSpot.
- Successful history hiring and developing high performing sales teams.
- Background in pricing strategy, packaging design, and revenue optimization.
- Experience working directly with product and marketing on integrated growth strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience is accepted.
- MBA or advanced business education is an asset but not required. Execution outweighs credentials.
