Course title and number: 38:170 How Earth Works: Applied Physical Geography

Duties:
To assist with marking assignments and tests for 38:170 How Earth Works: Applied Physical Geography under the direction of the course instructor.

  1. Mark short answer/paragraph question tests using a marking guide;
  2. Mark mid-term examinations using an answer key;
  3. Mark assignments using a marking guide;
  4. Other relevant duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Experience:

Skill set:

  • Ability to work independently and/or with others effectively;
  • Ability to take direction and work to meet deadlines;
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively;
  • Detail-oriented, punctual and reliable

Education and Experience:

  • Preference given to current Brandon University student; at least second year undergraduate level is required;

-Strong academic standing with a Grade of A- or above in the course (38:170 How Earth Works);

  • Previous experience preferred.
