The Role This is a senior, client-facing data engineering role for someone who enjoys both technical leadership and hands-on delivery. You'll work with stakeholders to design modern data platforms, guide architectural decisions, and build reliable data infrastructure across a variety of cloud environments.

What You Will Do Design end-to-end data platform architectures that support scalable ingestion, storage, and processing workloads. Build and maintain resilient batch and streaming data pipelines for AI, analytics, and operational reporting. Lead technical discussions with client stakeholders, translating business requirements into practical architecture and implementation plans. Develop modern lakehouse solutions and implement orchestration frameworks that improve reliability, monitoring, and automation. Partner with data science teams to deliver well-modeled, high-quality datasets that support feature engineering and production AI workloads.

What You Bring 7+ years of professional data engineering experience, including work in client-facing or multi-project environments. Strong experience with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, or comparable technologies. Hands-on expertise with orchestration tools including Azure Data Factory, Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect. Experience designing lakehouse architectures, distributed processing solutions, and streaming data systems using technologies such as Spark, Flink, Kafka, Event Hubs, or Spark Streaming. Advanced Python and SQL skills, along with experience working across relational databases and NoSQL platforms including PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, or MongoDB.
