The Role
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and assist our client services team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the backbone of an organization—keeping things running smoothly, anticipating needs, and supporting others so they can do their best work.
This is an in-office position that requires a strong local presence and consistent availability.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support

Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership and internal team members

Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
-
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally and promptly
-
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Client & Team Support
-
Assist with client onboarding tasks and documentation
-
Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations
-
Support internal workflows and ensure tasks are completed on time
-
Act as a dependable backup for other administrative functions as needed
Operational Support

Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups using internal systems

Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, or data entry (training provided if needed)

Help maintain office supplies and general office organization
Qualifications & Experience

2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
