This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution—owning growth, leading teams across continents, and building the systems that will take us from tens of millions to hundreds of millions in ARR. You’ll be stepping into a high-impact position with broad ownership, where decisions are made quickly, execution is direct, and results are felt company-wide.
What You’ll Do
- Own Growth: Lead commercial strategy and execution to scale revenue toward $100M+ ARR.
- Design & Execute Playbooks: Build repeatable frameworks and GTM models that teams around the world can execute.
- Lead Global Teams: Inspire and direct high-performing, distributed teams across Manila, Vancouver, and Seoul, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Operational Leadership: Own forecasting, budgeting, and commercial planning, confidently moving large capital and managing financial risk.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with product, marketing, sales, and operations to drive a unified growth agenda.
- Relentless Execution: Keep focus on outcomes, remove roadblocks, and ensure strategies translate into measurable results.
About You
- Proven success scaling a high-growth business from ~$20M to hundreds of millions ARR.
- A leader who thrives in global, cross-cultural environments and knows how to bring distributed teams together.
- Strong operator with deep experience in financial discipline —forecasting, budgeting, and managing significant capital allocation.
- Equally comfortable in the boardroom and the trenches —able to think strategically while executing tactically.
- Decisive, direct, and outcome-driven, with a bias for action and an ability to rally teams with clarity and conviction.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: you’re not afraid to challenge assumptions, move fast, and seize opportunities at scale.
