About the role

The Video Production Coordinator supports the branding and promotion efforts of ACE UBC by assisting with the management of social media channels, designing promotional materials, and helping drive engagement for events and recruitment initiatives. They will also contribute to the team’s performance at the ACE Nationals Case Competition and Conference in Toronto (January 2027). Additional responsibilities include capturing and curating content at ACE Nationals to support post-event promotion and highlight the team’s experience. Throughout the term, the Video Production Coordinator will build key business and creative skills by participating in weekly training sessions that include structured lessons, mock competitions, and constructive feedback \n

Time Commitment 2-5 hours per week

Term of Employment July 2026-March 2027

Responsibilities Compete and train for the ACE Nationals Case Competition and Conference Attend weekly training sessions, consisting of in-depth workshops on technical skills and public speaking, practice cases, and formal mock competitions Attend ACE Nationals in Toronto (January 2027) Capture and curate video content at ACE Nationals to support post-event promotion and showcase the team’s experience. Manage and schedule content across ACE UBC’s social media platforms to drive engagement and visibility.

Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Public speaking abilities Eagerness and a curiosity to learn Previous casing experience is an asset, but not required
