About the role

We are seeking an experienced SmartCOMM Solutions Architect – with 7 to 8 years of experience specializing in SmartComm SmartCOMM Data Modeler and SmartCOMM Draft Editor. The ideal candidate will contribute to designing and implementing innovative solutions in a hybrid work model. Experience in the Payer domain is a plus. This role does not require travel and operates during the day shift.

In this role, you will:

• Design and implement SmartComm solutions to enhance business processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for SmartCOMM projects.
• Develop and maintain SmartCOMM Data Models to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Utilize SmartCOMM Draft Editor to create and manage document templates that meet client specifications.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on SmartComm-related projects.
• Ensure that all SmartComm solutions are scalable and aligned with industry best practices.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of SmartComm systems to optimize performance and functionality.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that SmartComm solutions meet business needs and objectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SmartComm applications in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in SmartComm technology to drive innovation.
• Contribute to the development of documentation and training materials for SmartComm users.
• Support the integration of SmartComm solutions with other enterprise systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all SmartComm implementations.

Work model: Hybrid

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office. Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100.000 - $117.500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
