We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale data center infrastructure construction projects, with a strong focus on electrical and mechanical systems. The successful candidate will oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring that complex mission-critical facilities are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance.
This role requires a unique balance of construction management expertise and technical understanding of electrical power distribution, cooling, and mechanical systems that underpin high-performance data centers.
Job requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

5–7 years of project management experience in mission-critical infrastructure, data centers, industrial facilities, or large-scale construction.

Strong technical understanding of power systems (medium and low voltage), backup generation, and cooling systems.

Proven track record managing EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects with budgets of $10M+.

Knowledge of construction safety standards, building codes, and commissioning processes.

Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project)

PMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
Job responsibilities

Manage the full project lifecycle for data center construction, from design coordination through commissioning and handover.

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and schedules in alignment with business and operational requirements.

Oversee contractors, consultants, and vendors, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and project milestones.

Coordinate closely with engineering teams to integrate mechanical (cooling systems) and electrical (power distribution, UPS, switchgear, backup generation) systems.

Develop and manage project budgets.

Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety through site inspections, reporting, and stakeholder updates.

Identify and mitigate project risks, particularly those affecting critical infrastructure availability and redundancy.

Ensure seamless handover of facilities to operations, including documentation, testing, and training.

Drive continuous improvement in project delivery practices across cost, schedule, and quality performance.
