About the team: From Procurement to Finance to IT services and much more, the Quality & Operation Department provides critical support for all of Huawei Canada. About the job:
- Work collaboratively with the project manager and team to maximize productivity
- Collaborate with the team, contributing to the entire project lifecycle
- Organize and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met
- Coordinate efforts within the team
- Report updates verbally and in written form to management
- Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research and Data analysis
- Demonstrate commitment to clients’ needs and confidentiality continuously
Job requirements
About the ideal candidate:
- Bachelor degree in Science or related
- At least 2-year experience in project assistance and operation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Ability to handle stressful situation
