Your Responsibilities

As a Process Specialist, you’ll play a key role in the performance of our production line. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing ongoing technical support to the production and manufacturing engineering teams;
  • Leading projects to integrate new equipment, from selection through to commissioning;
  • Analyzing production data to improve the quality and efficiency of assembly processes;
  • Designing custom tooling and following up on its fabrication;
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives and optimizing existing processes;
  • Evaluating production performance and proposing concrete, innovative solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline;
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g., paint application, machining) – an asset;
  • Proficiency in CAD software (ideally SolidWorks);
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and the Windows environment;
  • Experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment.

Interpersonal Skills

  • Natural leadership and ability to rally teams around shared goals;
  • Strong internal customer focus and dedication to providing quality service to production teams;
  • Critical thinking and the ability to challenge established practices constructively;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Team spirit and ease collaborating with various business partners;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in both French and English).
