🚀 Full Stack Engineer (Full-Stack – iOS + Backend) – Intern to Equity ( Equity Only)

With a working prototype and growing community interest, we’re focused on solving everyday challenges in a way that’s  tech-enabled but rooted in trust and simplicity .

🔧 The Role – Engineer (Full-Stack)

We’re looking for a  hands-on full-stack engineer  to join our core team. You’ll work directly with the product founder and technical lead to  build, scale, and refine both our iOS app (frontend) and backend services (APIs, infra, data models).

This is a  high-trust, high-autonomy role , starting as an  internship-style contributor  with the potential to transition into  equity-based compensation and long-term ownership  after your first 3 months of performance.

What You’ll Do

• iOS / Frontend
• Develop and refine the native iOS app using  Swift + SwiftUI
• Implement  location, maps, notifications, and payments UI
• Integrate seamlessly with backend APIs
• Backend
• Design and maintain REST APIs with  Node.js + TypeScript (Nest/Express)
• Work with  PostgreSQL (PostGIS)  for geospatial data
• Use  Redis  for caching + real-time pub/sub
• Integrate  Firebase Auth  and  Stripe/Airwallex  for payments and authentication
• Deploy on  GCP (Cloud Run / Cloud Functions)  and set up CI/CD
• Implement push notification flows via  APNs/FCM

✅ You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have shipped  mobile apps and backend APIs  (even MVPs or personal projects)
• Are fluent in  Swift/SwiftUI   and/or   Node.js/TypeScript  (bonus if both)
• Have worked with  Postgres, Redis, Firebase, or GCP  (or are quick to learn)
• Understand geospatial queries, real-time systems, or event-driven design
• Are self-motivated, curious, and proactive — not waiting for instructions
• Are a  student, recent graduate, or newcomer  looking to grow fast
• Want  equity, real-world experience, and long-term ownership  in a meaningful product

💰 Compensation

• First 3 months:  Unpaid, flexible, mentorship-driven contribution
• After 3 months:  Equity-based role or extended co-founder offer based on performance
• Future:  Salary + equity once funding/revenue milestones are reached
