About the role

Location: Vancouver, BC (Hybrid)
Department: Client Services
Reports to: Head of Customer Success
Type: Full time

The Role

We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist who can take creator content and turn it into performance gold.

You’ll work with our client services and influencer teams to plan, build, and optimize paid media campaigns using influencer and UGC assets. From creative testing to conversion tracking, your mission is to prove that influencer content sells — driving higher ROAS, lower CPCs, and scalable results for our clients.

This is an ideal role for a paid media strategist who loves storytelling, understands the power of creators, and thrives on performance data.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Design and launch full-funnel paid campaigns using influencer and UGC content (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube).
  • Translate campaign goals into actionable paid strategies (awareness, traffic, conversion, retargeting).
  • Manage ad budgets, pacing, and performance across multiple client accounts.

Optimization & Insights

  • A/B test creative variations, hooks, and formats to maximize ROI.
  • Continuously refine targeting, bidding, and landing pages based on performance data.
  • Deliver detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Develop Paid Ads SOPs and best practices so the service can be scaled across the Customer Success team.

Collaboration

  • Work with Account Managers and the Creator Success team to identify high-performing influencer content for paid amplification.

  • Collaborate with the Product and Development team to ensure effective tracking of paid media performance through tracking links and other mechanisms.

  • Identify features for the product roadmap and support the scaling and optimization of the product with the Product Team.

  • Coordinate with the Creative team to repurpose influencer assets into ad-ready formats.

  • Advise clients on paid media strategy, performance metrics, and best practices for scaling creator-driven ads.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid ads across Meta, TikTok, and Google (agency or brand side).
  • Proven ability to drive eCommerce or DTC performance (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA).
  • Experience using creator or UGC content in paid campaigns.
  • Strong grasp of pixel tracking, attribution, and audience segmentation.
  • Experience in affiliate marketing and with affiliate networks preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Shopify/HubSpot integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate data into client-friendly storytelling.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, affiliate programs, or creator licensing.

  • Experience scaling paid media for Shopify brands.

  • Working knowledge of AI tools for creative optimization (e.g., Motion, Pencil, or Meta’s Advantage+ suite).

Compensation:

We offer a starting salary of $65,000 - $85,000 CAD

Total compensation includes Salary, bonus, benefits, and other perks

About CREATOR

Technology, Information and Media
1-10

We're part designer, part food revolutionary and part roboticist. We've solved some of the most complex mathematical and engineering challenges to bring the world technology that can touch billions of people.

Creators are a motley crew of engineers, culinary scientists, human-centered designers, machinists, and tested fabricators. We've come from institutions like MIT, Stanford, Berkeley, and some of the best junior colleges in our great nation. We're formerly of places like NASA, Disney Imagineering, the Navy, Chez Panisse, and A's Burgers.

We came together to elevate something so intimate to everyone: food. In order to do that, we created design values for what a dining experience could be, set the bar for what culinary instruments could do, and defined new engineering possibilities. But we're just getting going. That means that we got a chance to make history by building a better future.

It's an exciting time: while tech has made wonderful progress in drones and autonomous cars, an experience more common than driving, eating, sits in a constant state of tension. That's because it's a big, hard problem to solve. Technology must conform to nature, not the other way around. It's both precise yet subjective; art has to meet science.

And yet, as hard as the challenge is, we are already at our first public deployment. From here it's off to creating a billion experiences. If you want to touch the most people, make food.
