About the role

  • Join our dynamic Human Resources team as an HR Co-op Student and gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of HR work.

  • This is a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to employee lifecycle management, recruitment, continuous improvement, and annual HR programs—all while learning from a collaborative and experienced team.

What You’ll Do:
As an integral part of our HR team, you’ll support a variety of initiatives, including:

  • Employee Lifecycle Support: Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience.

  • Recruitment Coordination: Help post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support candidate communications.

  • Project & Initiative Support: Contribute to HR projects focused on engagement, recognition, and process improvements.

  • HR Systems & Data: Assist with data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks in our HR systems.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance employee experience.

  • Annual HR Cycle Support: Depending on the time of year, assist with programs and activities that support talent management and retention.

  • General Team Support: Provide administrative and coordination support across the HR team as needed.

What You Bring:

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and an interest in HR systems or data.
