About the role
Join an Early-Stage AI Team, Earn on Every Deal You Help Close
I'm Antoine, founder of Hexstone. We build custom AI enablement systems for established, profitable businesses — audits that turn into real automation builds (AI receptionists, AI setters, CRM overhauls) worth $15K–$150K+ per client. We're small, moving fast, and ramping up. This is a ground-floor seat, not a seat at the back of a big team.
What you'll be doing
Digging into how a client's business actually runs and mapping that onto a concrete automation roadmap Designing and building the automations themselves — workflows, AI agents, integrations, the technical backbone of what we sell Sitting in on some client calls, and building solutions independently the rest of the time Helping shape our internal playbook as we go — you're early enough that your fingerprints will be on how we do this long-term
Who we're looking for
A recent graduate, or current student/early-career engineer, with real interest (and ideally hands-on projects) in AI, automation, or applied ML — this isn't about a perfect resume, it's about being sharp and hungry to build Comfortable with — or fast to learn — automation platforms and AI tooling; you don't need to know GHL specifically going in Can think in systems: given a messy business problem, you can find the automatable pattern and turn it into a plan Self-directed. This is 10 hrs/week remote — we need someone who moves without being micromanaged Genuinely excited by the idea of getting in early at a growing company rather than being one of thousands of applicants at a big one
How this works: Part-time, remote, roughly 10 hours a week to start. Instead of equity, you get a revenue share on every sale you contribute to landing — a direct cut of the deals your work helps close, uncapped as we scale. The more you build and the better it performs, the more you earn. No ceiling, no "you'll vest in four years" — you get paid as the business gets paid.
Revenue share possibility: 5-20% depending on what you bring to the table.
If you want in on the ground floor of a growing AI company and you'd rather build real things than sit in a Fortune 500 onboarding queue — reach out with anything you've built, even a side project, and tell me why this excites you.
