About the role
We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in WebDriver.IO and JavaScript/TypeScript to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing robust test automation frameworks, integrating quality assurance practices into CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high-quality software delivery in fast-paced environments.
Key Requirements :- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automatio n- Strong hands-on experience with WebDriver.IO (Mandatory )- Proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScrip t- Experience building scalable and maintainable automation framework s- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Quality Assurance best practice s- Experience integrating automated testing within CI/CD pipeline s- Experience working in the eCommerce domai n- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skill s- Excellent communication and presentation skill sKey Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using WebDriver.I O- Create and execute automated test scripts for web application s- Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to ensure quality throughout the SDL C- Define and implement comprehensive test strategies and test plan s- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous deliver y- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams for resolutio n- Ensure test coverage, reliability, and scalability of automation solution s- Participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, and release activitie
