Votre rôle
KRB est à la recherche d’un(e) avocat(e) ayant au moins 5 ans d’expérience significative en litiges pour rejoindre son groupe en litiges et résolution de conflits. Un avocat embauché à ce poste sera impliqué dans des litiges variés allant de conflits en droit corporatif et commercial, litiges entre actionnaires, en droit immobilier et de copropriété, en droit du travail et de l’emploi, en succession ou droit administratif.
Les candidats doivent avoir de l’expérience dans la négociation d’ententes représentant les intérêts du client, et la gestion de dossiers litigieux en droit commercial, immobilier ou en droit du travail. Expérience en rédaction de procédures judiciaires et en représentation devant les tribunaux. Le candidat sera appelé à plaider en matière de droit corporatif, droit commercial, immobilier, droit du travail et de l’emploi et potentiellement en droit civil.

Your role
KRB is seeking a lawyer with at least 5 years of significant litigation experience to join its Litigation and Dispute Resolution group. A lawyer hired for this position will be involved in a variety of disputes ranging from corporate and commercial law conflicts, shareholder disputes, real estate and condominium law, labor and employment law, inheritance, or administrative law.
Candidates must have experience in negotiating agreements representing the client's interests and managing litigation files in commercial, real estate, or labor law. Experience in drafting legal pleadings and representing clients in court is required. The candidate will be expected to plead in matters of corporate law, commercial law, real estate, labor and employment law, and potentially civil law.

What you will bring to KRB
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a similar high-caliber law firm
