Our client, a building materials business in Etobicoke, is currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support customers across Canada. This in-office role serves as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries in English and French, with a focus on service quality, accuracy, and relationship building. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and internal departments to support orders, resolve issues, and contribute to overall sales growth.

Role Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Resolve product issues, complaints, and order discrepancies
- Provide clear information on products, services, and company policies
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Work with internal teams to address service needs
- Build strong customer relationships through consistent service
- Qualify inbound leads and support the sales process
- Prepare pricing quotes and proposals
- Support customer satisfaction across all interactions
- Assist with other duties as required
Qualifications
- 100% fluency in French and English, written and verbal
- Minimum two years of experience in customer service or inside sales, ideally in product-based distribution or manufacturing environments
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities
- Calm approach to conflict resolution
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with ERP, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to contribute independently and within a team
