Cooksville Hyundai is currently looking for a Working Shop Foreman to join our team in Mississauga.

The Shop Foreman is responsible for diagnosing vehicles and performing vehicle repairs, as well as assisting other technicians with complex jobs.

Pay: Starting at $33 Flat Rate Hourly, depending on experience and skills.

Job Duties:

• This is a workingshop foreman role.
• Supervise technicians in the shop.
• Oversee shop operations.
• Work with technicians to verify and diagnose various vehicle issues.
• Conduct road tests.
• Keep up to date with GM and other training.
• Maintain CSI standards.
• Ensure and maintain proper Health & Safety standards.

What We Look For:

• An experienced licensed 310S technician.

• Experience working in a technician position.

• Experience with the Hyundai or Kia brands would be considered an asset.

• A strong technical background.

• Well-versed in all automotive technical areas.

• Ability to teach and lead a team.

• Strong and effective communication skills.

• Experience using CDK program is considered an asset.

• Strong computer skills.
