This strategic move underscores our commitment to investing in North America, propelling our expansion to new heights. Job DescriptionIn the role of Project Manager, you will focus on the commercial, delivery, and schedule control of the Ductbank Package. This role is accountable for ensuring that the package is managed in line with scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk objectives.Key Responsibilities:Manage the Ductbank Package schedule, ensuring these critical works progress with a strict level of leadership and control.Develop and manage project budgets, tracking financial performance and change events.Coordinate with the Design Manager to ensure submissions are regulator-ready and traceable.Identify and mitigate risks associated with concurrent construction activities.Establish and maintain package-level controls for cost, schedule, risk, change, and reporting.Drive coordination between technical delivery, stakeholder approvals, and broader program milestones.Prepare and maintain progress reporting, forecast updates, and key issue summaries for internal leadership.Support governance, escalation, and decision-making processes related to package delivery.Ensure delivery plans and package controls are aligned with the wider program execution approach.Manage stakeholder interfaces required to maintain timely progress and reduce disruption to ongoing operations.Qualifications10+ years of project management experience in consulting engineering or construction.PMP certification is highly preferred. Licensed as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) is preferred.Strong understanding of construction sequencing for underground utilities in live or constrained environments.Experience in cost control, schedule management, and change management is required.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.Additional InformationEgis Canada is an equal opportunities employer offering a competitive salary and benefits to those with the skills suited to the needs of our clients. The salary range advertised may exceed the range based on several factors, including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. We welcome and encourage applications from people with disabilities.
