Enbridge is looking for an Advisor TIS Product Development who will provide technical expertise in software development and modern cloud-native applications. This role serves as a key contributor throughout the software lifecycle. The developer will collaborate and support planning, execution, and delivery of functional applications with detailed technical specifications. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering business value through ongoing development, analysis, design and testing as business needs and technologies advance.

What You Will Do:
- Develop and maintain application features based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with architectural standards, under the guidance of senior developers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, business analysts, UX designers and QA specialists to deliver high-quality, user-centric features.
- Contribute to code quality and delivery pipelines by writing unit tests, end to end tests, and participating in peer code reviews.
- Provide support and contributing ideas under the guidance of solution architects and tech leads during regular solution design and architecture discussions.
- Support application reliability and performance by contributing to observability strategies, implementing logging and monitoring, and assisting in troubleshooting production issues.
- Collaborate with solution architects and technical leads to support development practices and evaluate emerging technologies.
- Support Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) automation for seamless deployment to Azure.
Who You Are:
- Related university degree OR a two-year technical diploma with four (4) or more years of full stack software development experience.
- Broad knowledge of computer systems technology, programming and design techniques.
- Experience in Agile Full stack Software Development, with optional exposure to DevOps.
- Knowledgeable of automated testing platforms and unit tests.
- Demonstrated experience in developing applications in C#, ASP.NET Core, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, xUnit, RESTful web services and Entity Framework.
- Proficient in source control tools (GitHub) and familiar with development aiding tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for problem solving.
- Excellent customer service attitude, oral and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Results orientation - ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines while delivering high quality outcomes; ability to multitask; resourcefulness.
- Collaboration - ability to work well with others and build strong team dynamics; open-mindedness; strong interpersonal skills.
- Leadership - ability to lead, motivate, and influence individuals and teams to accomplish objectives.
- Commitment to continuous learning and growth.
Preferred:
- A university degree or diploma in Computing Science, Software Engineering or related discipline is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience using GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of Azure Stack (Docker / Azure Container Apps / Azure WebApp / Function App).
- Understanding of ADF / Azure SQL / NoSQL / PostgreSQL.
- Familiar with data migration, transformation, and scripting.
- Oil and Gas industry experience with knowledge of Gas Transmission Pipeline Commercial business.
- Experience in working with managed service providers.
