Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for an AI Native Backend Engineer. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems to power AI-driven solutions. Your tasks will include developing APIs, managing server-side architecture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI functionalities. You will work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and front-end developers to deliver exceptional, innovative solutions.

Qualifications Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and practices Basic familiarity with Front-End Development and its integration with back-end systems Proficiency in at least one Programming language commonly used for backend or AI development Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, and scalable system architecture Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in developing AI solutions or working in AI-focused teams is a plus Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage your time effectively
