Salary range(but not limited to):

94,200 - 115,200

Incentive plan

Annual bonus: 12% target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to 200% (subject to personal and company performance)

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, location etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

We are looking for an experiencedProject Managerto join our growing BrokerLink team!

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle—from concept through deployment—while proactively tracking key performance indicators to ensure objectives are met. You will also play a key role in setting stakeholder expectations, maintaining transparency, and delivering value through effective planning, execution, and delivery.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex initiatives across our organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving projects through disciplined project management practices, fostering strong collaboration across teams, and ensuring clear and consistent communication with both Business and IT partners.

This position is available in any of ourOntariooffices.

What you’ll do here:

  • Take full ownership for the delivery and implementation of a variety of projects.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Work with project teams and business partners to prioritize requirements and manage expectations.
  • Identify dependencies, manage critical paths, and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure success.
  • Lead with strong interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Organize and guide project teams, fostering an environment where project management standards are consistently applied and progress is transparent.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for the project workstream, driving resolution of conflicts and escalating issues as needed.
  • Manage team resource assignments and scheduling to optimize delivery.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and leadership to foster team growth and success.

What you bring to the table:

  • 7–10 years of experience in Project Management or related functions. PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification.
  • Insurance industry experience is a strong asset.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects from initiation through to delivery, balancing scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a track record of driving decisions and removing roadblocks.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with both business and technology teams, and the ability to bridge the gap between them.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) and the ability to apply the right approach for the situation.
  • Comfort with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or similar).
  • Demonstrated ability to track progress against key performance indicators and drive accountability across teams.
  • A leadership style that fosters collaboration, inclusivity, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Resilience and adaptability to manage change, shifting priorities, and ambiguity effectively.
  • A growth mindset and a passion for learning, development, and delivering value.
