Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Salesperson role based at the Fight Fitness studio in Markham, ON. The Salesperson will greet prospective clients, conduct needs-based consultations, and clearly explain Fight Fitness programs, pricing, and membership options. Responsibilities include following up with leads, booking trial sessions, managing membership sign-ups and renewals, and maintaining accurate records in the studio’s systems. The role also involves supporting promotional campaigns, engaging with walk-in inquiries, and collaborating with coaches and staff to ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment. The Salesperson will be expected to meet individual and team sales targets while representing the Fight Fitness brand in a professional and enthusiastic manner.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with diverse clients. Sales and consultative selling skills, including experience handling objections, closing memberships, and working toward targets or KPIs. Basic administrative and computer skills, such as using CRM or booking systems, managing client records, and handling payments accurately. Interest in fitness, wellness, or sports and the ability to speak confidently about fitness programs and healthy lifestyle habits. Ability to work on-site in Markham, ON, including evenings and weekends as needed, and to stand or move around the studio during shifts. Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to following up with leads and maintaining a clean, professional studio environment. Previous experience in sales, retail, or fitness environments is an asset but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
