Job Description
As a Functional Analyst – Order and Supply Systems, you design D365F&O solutions based on business needs and act as the liaison between users and the development team.
You analyze requirements, write technical specifications, and collaborate with IT teams (analysts, developers, architects) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
You design and support multi-module extensions of D365F&O, aligned with best practices and business objectives, consulting directly with users to ensure solution relevance.
Your main partner is the development team, with whom you define and implement robust technical solutions adapted to organizational needs.
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of IT experience, with strong knowledge of SQL, D365 Finance & Operations, and Azure cloud architecture.

Experience or familiarity with the distribution and/or retail industry (an asset).

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, along with a good understanding of ITIL.

Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, as you will collaborate with colleagues and clients across Canada.
